Chełm Loses Appeal in Dispute Over Volhynian Massacre Museum Funding
The Court of Appeal in Lublin rejected the city of Chełm's appeal concerning the withdrawal of a grant for the construction of the Museum of Memory of the Victims of the Volhynian Massacre. This decision means the city will not receive 180 million PLN for the investment.
