Irish High Court Considers Tusla Investigation in Alleged Child Abduction

The High Court in Ireland is currently deliberating whether Tusla, the child and family agency, should investigate the welfare of a child involved in an alleged abduction case, where the father claims she was taken to Ireland without his consent.
