Teen Arrested for Operating Fraudulent Rakuten Mobile Contract Site

A 19-year-old suspect has been arrested in Japan for allegedly creating and managing a website that facilitated fraudulent contracts for Rakuten Mobile lines using others' names, with police suspecting around 1000 lines were illegally obtained.
