Moscow Police Arrest Two Accused of Harassing Roskomnadzor Officials on Ukrainian Orders

Moscow Region police have arrested two individuals, claiming they were acting on orders from a Ukrainian handler to harass Roskomnadzor officials. The FSB and Investigative Committee are involved in the case.
