Albanian Socialist Party Proposes Parliamentary Rule Changes, Limits Debate Time

Taulant Balla, head of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, clarified the majority's initiative for changes to the Parliament's rules, stating that halving deputies' speaking time to 5 minutes is normal and does not deny freedom of speech.
