FCT Elections: 1.5 Million Voters Collect PVCs for Saturday's Poll

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced that 1.5 million voters in the FCT have collected their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and are eligible to vote in the upcoming Saturday's election.
