Finnish Study Links Youth Social Media Use to Sleep Deprivation, Depression, and Anxiety
A new Finnish study suggests that extensive social media use in childhood increases the risk of anxiety in adolescence and that sleep deprivation caused by social media use can lead to symptoms of depression.
