Tokyo's Cherry Blossoms: Declaration of Blooming Postponed to After the 19th

On the 18th, temperatures rose, mainly in eastern and northern Japan, leading to April-like weather in various locations. In Tokyo, only two flowers bloomed on the sample tree for cherry blossoms, and since the criteria for declaring the start of blooming were not met, it has been postponed to after the 19th.
