Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya reports that 1,140 political prisoners remain in Belarus

Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, the leader of the Belarusian democratic movement, reported that as of today, there are 1,140 political prisoners in Belarus. She called for the release of all political prisoners and for fair elections.
