Türkiye Signs Education Deal with Syria, Plans to Open University in Damascus

Officials from Türkiye's Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and Syria's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research signed a memorandum of understanding, with plans to open a Turkish university in Damascus.
