NBI dismantles cyber-financial scam hub in Pampanga; 14 arrested
MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) dismantled a cyber-financial scamming operation hub at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, following a raid that resulted in the arrest of 14 individuals.
