Portuguese Data Protection and Judiciary Bodies Reject Chega's Biometric Data Proposal
Portugal's National Commission for Data Protection and the Superior Council of Magistracy have strongly criticized and recommended a complete reformulation of the Chega party's proposal to use biometric data for counter-terrorism. They argue the project needs significant changes.
