Bosnian Election Commission Member Announces Mandatory Manual Vote Counting After Scanning
Željko Bakalar, a member of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CIK BiH), stated that manual counting of votes will be mandatory after ballot scanning in the upcoming General Elections.
