Russia Awards Olympic Bonuses to Non-Participating Athletes
Despite only 13 Russian athletes receiving clearance to participate in the Olympics, Russia is reportedly distributing millions in Olympic bonuses to a significantly larger number of athletes, including those who did not compete.
