Od kwietnia NFZ obniżył stawki za nadwykonania w diagnostyce, co przełożyło się na wydłużenie kolejek na badania. Najbardziej jest to widoczne w przypadku badań endoskopowych. W niektórych placówkach na kolonoskopię trzeba czekać prawie dwa lata.
