Police investigate dead dog found on vacant property in Poland

Police in Konstantynów Łódzki, under the supervision of the Pabianice prosecutor's office, are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a dog found abandoned on a vacant property. The SOS Animal association suggests the animal may have been drowned by its former owner.
