Albanian MP Reacts to Rrogozhina Prison Director's Cannabis Cultivation Scandal

Albanian Democratic Party MP Klevis Balliu reacted harshly to the discovery that the director of Rrogozhina prison cultivated approximately 4,000 cannabis plants, calling it a blow to the rule of law, especially given arrests of young people for minor cannabis possession.
