ToMontenegro to Purchase Leased Embraer Aircraft

Montenegro's national airline, ToMontenegro, is set to purchase an Embraer aircraft it has been leasing since last year. The government has approved the acquisition, with a price tag of up to $11 million, funded by the airline itself without state aid.
