Repeat Sex Offender 'Cookie Monster' Arrested After Midnight Break-in
A 65-year-old repeat sex offender, known as 'Cookie Monster', was apprehended after allegedly breaking into a child's bedroom naked. He is currently held on a $1.25 million bond in Douglas County Corrections.
