Four Arrested for Dumping Hundreds of Tons of Waste in Romanian Stream

Judges in Prahova, Romania, have issued arrest warrants for four men suspected of illegally dumping hundreds of tons of liquid waste, both hazardous and non-hazardous, into a stream that flows through Ploiești.
