Sydney Academic Uses AI to Write Opinion Piece Against AI Use
A Sydney academic, Cath Ellis, used artificial intelligence to draft an opinion piece for the Sydney Morning Herald, ironically urging students to avoid using technology to 'cut corners.' The article was subsequently removed by the SMH, despite Western Sydney University deeming her AI use 'appropriate'.
