Cybersecurity Center Never Ruled Out Cyberattack for Blackout

Portugal's National Cybersecurity Center (CNCS) has stated that it never ruled out a cyberattack as the cause of a recent blackout, despite not detecting major malicious attacks, and has activated international cooperation mechanisms.
