Former Judge Appeals Conviction for Attempted Rape and Sexual Abuse

Lawyers for former judge Gerard O’Brien (61) are appealing his conviction for attempted rape and sexual abuse of six young men, arguing that the trial judge gave the jury confusing instructions that were 'weighted against the defence'.
