Estonian Opposition MPs Seek Abolition of ETS2

Opposition parties Center and Isamaa, along with independent Members of Parliament in Estonia's Riigikogu, plan to file a draft statement proposing a thorough reform of the Emissions Trading System (ETS) and the repeal of ETS2 to the European Commission.
