Cooling Oasis Installed in Front of Helsinki's Oodi Library Reduces Temperature by 10 Degrees

A cooling oasis has been set up in front of the Oodi library in Helsinki, capable of lowering the temperature by up to 10 degrees. Similar cooling urban furniture could help city dwellers cope with future heatwaves.
