St. George's Night Uprising in Estonia
On April 23, 1343, the St. George's Night Uprising began in Harju County, Northern Estonia, as Estonians rebelled against the landlords. The uprising was brutally suppressed by the Livonian Order, which subsequently occupied the Danish-controlled territory.
