Analysis of Decision-Making Power in Iran

This article examines who holds decision-making power in Iran, noting that Mojtaba Khamenei has not been seen publicly since taking power and that direct evidence of his daily control is scarce, apart from statements insisting the Strait of Hormuz remains closed.
