MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) confirmed that it had taken Sen. Rodante Marcoleta into its custody following an order from the Sandiganbayan Third Division. In a message to reporters, BJMP spokesperson Jail Superintendent Jayrex Bustinera said Marcoleta was committed to the Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory at 10:49 a.m.
