Pupils sent home as teachers’ strike disrupts learning in 80 Tarkwa schools

Thousands of pupils across the Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality were left stranded and eventually sent home on Monday after teachers embarked on an indefinite strike over the alleged assault of three teachers and the husband of a female teacher by military personnel.
