Pagasa: Amihan, easterlies to drench parts of Luzon, Mindanao
MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon and easterlies are forecast to bring rains and cloudy skies in parts of Luzon and Mindanao on Saturday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
