RTV Podgorica Criticized for Secretive Spending of Public Funds

Andrija Klikovac, head of the DPS councilor club in the Capital City Assembly, criticized RTV Podgorica (RTV Mrak), calling it a 'mirror of the Podgorica government' and alleging that over two million euros of citizens' money is being spent secretly and in an organized manner.
