Industry Bodies Seek Clarity on Karnataka's Gig Worker Welfare Fee

Industry associations have written to the Karnataka government expressing concerns over a lack of clarity regarding the schemes for which a welfare fee for gig workers would be used, and a disconnect between the Karnataka Act and the Centre’s Code on Social Security, 2020.
