Infectologist on meningitis: 'I had a case where from the first symptoms to the fatal outcome, literally no more than 24 hours passed'

There is currently an epidemic of meningitis in Great Britain, and data from the UK Health Security Agency shows that there have already been 20 reported cases so far.
