Megadeth Concert Cancellation Entitles Refunds, Says DECO

After American band Megadeth canceled their concert at Meo Arena, leaving the audience waiting for half an hour, Portuguese consumer protection agency DECO confirmed that attendees are entitled to a refund, even within a festival context.
