Hungarian Data Protection Authority Rules Interior Ministry's Education Survey Illegal

The Hungarian Data Protection Authority has ruled that the Ministry of Interior's decision to classify parental questionnaires about public education was illegal, stating that one question in the survey sent via the Kréta system contained hateful or inciting statements.
