Niš Spatial Plan Removes Exploratory Fields but Allows Mini-Hydropower Plants

The draft Spatial Plan for the City of Niš has removed exploratory geological fields and 11 specific locations for mini-hydropower plants (MHEs); however, investors may still construct MHEs if detailed regulation plans permit.
