Lawyers for senior Kinahan associate Sean McGovern tell court he ‘might not require trial date’

Senior Kinahan gang associate Sean McGovern's barrister has told the Special Criminal Court that a "good deal of work" has been done between the legal teams and that he "might not ultimately require a trial date".
