Russia's Naval Cruise Missile Launches from Ships Decline to Once a Month

According to Ukrainian military spokesperson Dmytro Pletenchuk, Russia has used ships to launch cruise missiles at Ukrainian territory only once over the past month. Currently, there are no enemy ships present in the Black and Azov Seas.
