Austrian Supreme Court President Criticizes Judicial Delays and Prosecutor Election Plan

Georg Kodek, President of Austria's Supreme Court, has criticized the lack of judicial resources leading to unacceptably long legal proceedings. He also called the proposed parliamentary election of federal prosecutors "madness."
