Hungary's Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Átlátszó on EU Advance Payments
Hungary's Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the investigative journalism portal Átlátszó, compelling the State Treasury to disclose information on how much EU advance payments were reclaimed from villages. This follows a 2024 revelation that the state requested 810 million forints in advance payments back from Szatymaz.
