Dreptul contribuabililor de a cere de la Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF) comunicarea clasei sau subclasei de risc fiscal ar putea fi suspendat până la finalul anului 2026, potrivit unui proiect de ordonanță de urgență pus în dezbatere publică.
