Vatican dispenses former abbess and nuns from vows

Aline Pereira Ghammachi, a former abbess deemed "too beautiful" to be a nun, and her colleagues who fled the Monastery of São Gervásio and São Protásio, have had their renunciation of vows approved by the Holy See, allowing them to continue doing good as laywomen.
