Onagawa No. 2 Reactor Halted for Inspection After Radioactive Steam Detection
Japan's Onagawa No. 2 nuclear reactor is being halted for inspection following the detection of radioactive steam. The level of radioactivity in water on the turbine building floor was reported to be about one-thousandth of the government's reporting threshold.
