Czechoslovak Soldier's 90-Year-Old Painting Returns to English Village
An English village in Cholmondeley commemorated the arrival of Czechoslovak soldiers in Great Britain in July 1940, after the fall of France, by welcoming back a painting created by one of these soldiers 90 years ago. The painting has returned to the village where it was originally created.
