Retired US Border Patrol Chief Refuses to Return Social Media Passwords

Greg Bovino, the retired chief of the US Border Patrol, has refused to return passwords for the agency's social media accounts, which he subsequently renamed in his own name. DHS has since regained control over three of the accounts.
