Several parts of Iloilo City placed under red, orange rainfall alerts

ILOILO City – The Iloilo City Emergency Operations Center placed several parts of the city under rainfall advisories early Thursday after hazard sensors recorded moderate to heavy rainfall that could trigger flooding in low-lying communities. As of 5:45 a.m., the city’s hazard monitoring system recorded 30 millimeters of rainfall at the Mandurriao Bureau of Fire Protection
