Unaccompanied Learner Driver on Cocaine Arrested in Kilkenny

Roads policing unit members in Kilkenny arrested an unaccompanied learner driver who was found to be on cocaine. The arrest occurred as officers were returning from lodging charge sheets at Kilkenny District Court.
