Study Links Ultra-Processed Foods in Toddlers to Anxiety and Aggression in Children
A Canadian study suggests that consuming ultra-processed foods at age 3 predicts anxiety and aggression problems at age 5. Replacing 10% of calories from ultra-processed foods with minimally processed ones is associated with a decrease in behavioral issues.
