Teisininkas: Teisėjų asociacija neturėtų kištis į teismų korpuso formavimą

Seimui nepritarus antrai tuomečio Lietuvos apeliacinio teismo pirmininko Nerijaus Meilučio kadencijai ir Kauno apygardos teismo vadovo Mariaus Bartninko kandidatūrai į Lietuvos Aukščiausiąjį Teismą, Teisėjų asociacija sukritikavo tokią situaciją. Visgi teisės docentas Gintautas Danišauskas mano, kad asociacija neturėtų kištis į Seimo konstitucinę teisę formuojant teisėjų korpusą. Anot jo, esą tai prieštarautų ir Konstitucijai, ir visuomenės interesams.
