Soccer: Inter's Lautaro Martinez set to be out for 3-4 weeks

(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 20 - Inter captain Lautaro Martinez looks set to be out for three or four weeks after the Serie A leaders said Friday that tests showed he strained a muscle in his left calf in Wednesday's 3-1 defeat at Bodo/Glimt in the first leg of the Champions League playoffs.
